Refugees from Border Regions Organize Rally in Kursk

A rally took place in Kursk where refugees from border regions participated. They called for assistance from the authorities in the form of material support and expedited issuance of housing certificates, reports NewsBox.

In Kursk, several dozen refugees from border areas – Sudzhansky, Korenensky, and Bolshesoldatsky – gathered at the rally to draw the attention of the authorities to their issues. The participants expressed their concern about the lack of necessary material aid and delays in the provision of housing certificates.

The protest was met with a response from the interim head of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinstin. While addressing the protestors, he acknowledged the existing difficulties and blamed local officials for bureaucratic hurdles that complicate solutions to the region's problems.
