Plane Flips During Landing in Toronto

An aviation incident occurred at Toronto Pearson International Airport in Canada involving a passenger plane operated by Endeavor Air on a Delta Airlines flight from Minneapolis (USA). During landing, the plane flipped over on the runway for reasons that are yet to be determined, reports NewsBox.

There were more than a hundred passengers on board. According to preliminary data, at least eight people have been reported injured, writes CNN.

The administration of Toronto Pearson Airport has confirmed the incident.

"Emergency crews are responding promptly to the situation. All passengers and crew members have been located and evacuated," according to an airport statement.

The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reports a temporary closure of all runways at Toronto Pearson International Airport.

The causes of the accident are under investigation.
