Police Officers Detain Parents of Ilya Yashin
Police officers have detained the parents of politician Ilya Yashin during a raid, after which they were summoned for questioning in connection with a case regarding evasion of mandatory duties as a "foreign agent," reports NewsBox.
Law enforcement conducted a raid on the parents of Ilya Yashin. As the politician himself reported, following the detention of his parents, they were again called for questioning.
The investigator was interested in whether they maintain any connections with me and where I currently find myself. It can be assumed that the officers do not know where I am, having left Russia themselves, — wrote Yashin.
According to him, the detention is linked to a case that was initiated on December 5, 2024. In the framework of this case, the politician has been placed on a wanted list under an article related to evasion of mandatory duties, imposed on a "foreign agent."
