Court Seizes Assets of Rapper Morgenstern

The court has seized the assets of the rapper Morgenstern, including a mansion and a plot of land in Podmoskovye, as well as several other minor properties, reports NewsBox.

The court imposed a seizure on the musician Alisher Morgenstern's property, which includes a mansion and a plot of land in the Istrinsky district of Podmoskovye, as well as a minor building and three additional minor premises. This was announced by the Moscow prosecutor's office.

The rapper is under criminal investigation for not fulfilling his obligations to a foreign agent. The criminal case was initiated in September 2024. Morgenstern was designated a "foreign agent" in May 2022, after which his activities began to be subjected to increased scrutiny by law enforcement agencies.
