Zelensky has stated that 'serious individuals' from Trump's team will visit Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced an upcoming visit to the country by representatives from Donald Trump's team, referring to them as "serious individuals." The visit is scheduled for this week, just before the start of the Munich Security Conference, reports NewsBox.

"My priority right now is effective collaboration between the Ukrainian and American teams to reach a common understanding of key objectives. Different viewpoints may exist, but a unified vision is needed: how to stop Putin and ensure security guarantees for Ukraine. We are committed to actively working towards these goals," stated Zelensky, whose words are quoted by the UNIAN news agency.

In his video address, the president highlighted that the visit will happen before the Munich Conference, which is set to take place this weekend. During the conference, Zelensky plans to meet with U.S. Vice President Jay D. Vance. The purpose of the visit and the upcoming meeting is to discuss further support for Ukraine and coordinate efforts to counter Russian aggression.
