Trump Announces U.S. Plans for the Gaza Strip

U.S. President Donald Trump made a bold statement, declaring that the United States is ready to 'occupy the Gaza Strip' and establish conditions there for economic development, reports NewsBox.
These remarks were made during a press conference where he appeared alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, according to BBC.
Trump asserts that the U.S. is fully prepared to transform the situation in Gaza, demolish damaged buildings, remove threats from unexploded ordnance, and create 'an unlimited number of jobs.' He also promised new housing construction but did not clarify who would primarily occupy these homes.
The former president's statement came shortly after he suggested relocating Palestinians living in Gaza to other countries, including Jordan and Egypt. He believes the only reason residents seek to return to the enclave is the lack of alternatives.
Trump characterized the Gaza Strip as a 'demolition zone,' sparking a new wave of discussions in political and diplomatic circles.
