New Escalation: Hamas Releases Military Personnel Instead of Civilians

Hamas has announced the release of four military personnel, marking a significant breach of an agreement that stipulated the release of civilian women, reports NewsBox.
Media outlets have reported that Hamas is planning to release four military members, which contradicts the agreement's terms that called for the release of female civilians. In response, Israeli leadership has initiated consultations due to the list not aligning with the agreements.
Former Knesset member Ksenia Svetlova clarified that Israel has expressed its protest and indicated that due to the breach of the agreement terms, the IDF might not withdraw troops from the Netzarim axis.
This, in turn, complicates the return of Gaza residents to the northern part of the region.
