Netanyahu Gifts Trump Pagers in Memory of Operation Against Hezbollah

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gifted Donald Trump two pagers as a remembrance of the operation against Hezbollah, during which a series of explosions occurred in Lebanon, as reported by NewsBox.

Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, presented Donald Trump with two pagers as a symbolic gesture to commemorate the operation against Hezbollah. According to The Times of Israel, Trump described the military campaign as "magnificent" and, in return, gave Netanyahu a photo from their meeting, inscribed with: "To Bibi, a great leader."

The gift exchange was also confirmed by TASS, citing a statement from Dmitry Gendelman, an advisor to the office of the Israeli Prime Minister.

The operation being referred to took place on September 17 in Lebanon. During the event, explosions of pagers, utilized by Hezbollah, resulted in the death of at least 37 people, including children, and injuries to approximately 3,000 individuals, according to data from Lebanon's Ministry of Health. The following day, similar explosions involving radios occurred, leading to additional casualties.
