Israel Develops Plan for Gaza Residents' Relocation – Defense Ministry Directive

Israel's Defense Minister, Israel Katz, has tasked the IDF with developing a plan for the residents of the Gaza Strip to relocate to any countries willing to accept them. He stated that Hamas is holding people hostage, and the global community must grant the residents the right to emigrate freely, reports NewsBox.

The Israeli Defense Minister, Israel Katz, has ordered the IDF to prepare a plan that allows residents of the Gaza Strip to leave the area. According to him, the initiative outlines the relocation of Palestinians to countries that agree to host them.

Katz accused Hamas of using civilians as human shields, claiming that the terrorist organization extorts money from them, controls humanitarian aid, and obstructs their exit. He emphasized that the residents of Gaza should be given the right to freely emigrate.

The Israeli minister also accused Spain, Ireland, and Norway of having double standards, stating that although they criticize Israel, by law they are obliged to accept Palestinians. Otherwise, he claims, their hypocrisy will be exposed. He also recalled that Canada had previously expressed readiness to accept some residents from the Gaza Strip.

Earlier, Donald Trump stated that the U.S. might take the Gaza Strip under control and relocate its residents to a safer place.
