Zelensky: Russia Deploying 100,000 Troops to Belarus

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has stated that Russia is assembling a force of about 100,000 troops to be sent to Belarus. According to him, this may be preparation for a large-scale offensive in Europe, reports NewsBox.
Volodymyr Zelensky remarked that the Russian army could deploy up to 100,000 soldiers to Belarus, reminiscent of the preparations for the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022. In an interview with The Economist, he noted that he received this information from Ukrainian intelligence services.
According to Zelensky, Moscow is forming 10-15 divisions, officially intended to participate in exercises on Belarusian territory. However, he expressed doubts that these maneuvers are purely for training purposes. The President of Ukraine believes that the real goal might be to establish a staging ground for further military advances.
He [Putin] will tell you that these are drills, exercises near Ukraine's border, as has happened before. But believe me, this is setting the stage for offensive actions... Who told you he would only advance into Ukraine? Who said he wouldn't move into Lithuania? Poland? – emphasized Zelensky.
He added that the world is too slow in reacting to Russia's actions, and if this pace doesn't pick up, the war will spill over into other countries.
