Wildberries Billionaires' Divorce: The Bakalchuk Case Gains Momentum

Tatyana Bakalchuk presented documents regarding her mental health in court as part of her divorce proceedings to counter her spouse's allegations, reports NewsBox.

During the divorce trial of the Wildberries founders, Tatyana Bakalchuk submitted certificates affirming her mental health. This move came in response to her husband Vladislav Bakalchuk's insinuations about potential mental health issues, which, according to her representatives, are seen as an attack on her honor and dignity.

Tatyana's attorneys explained that the provision of such documents was prompted by attempts to discredit her character. Vladislav Bakalchuk, in turn, claimed the medical certificates are dated August 2024 and suggested showing more current documentation.

In addition to mental health discussions, the hearings also addressed financial documents related to "Wildberries Bank" and an interview with Vladislav Bakalchuk. Tatyana's side also filed a motion to disqualify the judge, arguing that they are unable to manage the proceedings properly.
