Volodin suggested handing over to the FSB the list of Russians funded by USAID

The Speaker of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, proposed that the FSB be given the list of Russians who have received funding from USAID. According to him, if the US Congress provides such data, the Russian authorities should process it, reports NewsBox.
The head of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, stated that the Russian authorities should receive from the US Congress the lists of Russians who were funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and hand them over to the FSB. He emphasized that USAID is recognized in Russia as a "hostile organization" and suggested that those who received money from this entity should "repent on Red Square."
Additionally, Volodin commented on Russians who have gone abroad hoping for support from USAID. In his opinion, they will "remain hungry and cold," as no one will provide them with funding.
There they went, relocating, hoping that USAID would finance them abroad. Now, they will be sitting there hungry and cold, still hoping for some sort of handout. They won't get anything, declared the Speaker of the State Duma.
