The press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, confirmed that a meeting between representatives of Russia and the U.S. is set for tomorrow in Saudi Arabia.
According to him, on Vladimir Putin's directive, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov and Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov are heading to Riyadh.
The primary focus of the talks will be on restoring Russian-American relations, discussing possible solutions to the conflict in Ukraine, and considering the prospects of organizing talks between the two countries' leaders.
