Massive Attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine: Strikes on Oil Depot and Residential Buildings in Rostov

Ukrainian drones launched attacks on the Rostov region, with a strategic facility, an oil pumping station in the village of Chertkovo, being the primary target. The strikes caused damage in several districts of Rostov-on-Don, shattering windows in residential buildings and leading to the evacuation of over 70 people, reports NewsBox.
In the early hours of February 8th, Ukrainian drones struck the Rostov region. According to local residents, the main attack targeted an oil pumping station located eight kilometers from Rostov-on-Don. Additionally, the explosions damaged windows in several residential buildings in the city, and debris from shot-down drones was found on the streets.
Witnesses claim the attacks began around 2:15 AM. Explosions were heard throughout various districts, including Severnaya, Selmash, and the center of Rostov, as well as in Bataysk. In the Selmash district, the blast wave shattered windows in apartments on Pluzhnaya Street.
According to the latest data, glass in several multi-apartment buildings was damaged, and 68 people were evacuated. In the Chertkovo district, administrative buildings were damaged, and six workers were evacuated. Authorities report no casualties or injuries.
