Kremlin Responds to Trump's Threats

The Kremlin has addressed Donald Trump's threats to impose new sanctions on Russia if a peace agreement with Ukraine is not achieved, reports ArbatMedia.
The spokesperson for the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, commented on Donald Trump's statements regarding the potential introduction of new sanctions against Russia if a peace deal with Ukraine isn't reached. Peskov noted that there is nothing new in these threats, emphasizing that Trump has always supported a policy of sanctions.
The spokesperson added that Russia remains open to an equitable and respectful dialogue with the United States. According to him, such relationships between Moscow and Washington were seen during Trump's first term.
We are waiting for signals, which haven't yet come, he emphasized.
