In Ufa, Kindergarten Workers Required to Deduct Part of Salary for "SVO" Support

Kindergarten teachers in Ufa have complained about being pressured to donate part of their salary to the "SVO Participants Support Fund", reports NewsBox.
Employees from several kindergartens in Ufa stated that they are being forced to contribute a portion of their wages to support "SVO" fighters. According to the teachers, on January 29, they received forms requesting the donation of one day's pay to the "Support for SVO Participants and Their Families" fund.
Previously, this fund has provided humanitarian aid to mobilized individuals, including camouflage nets, drone jammers, radios, sleeping bags, and tents. However, kindergarten staff assert that signing the form was required from everyone without exception—from helpers to directors.
Such requests were handed out to everyone for the first time. Whether there will be more, we don't know, said one of the teachers.
The average salary for these employees ranges from one to two minimum wages, which in Bashkortostan amount to 25,000 rubles. Accordingly, a single donation amounts to between 1,388 and 2,778 rubles. Many workers are upset, viewing these collections as coercive.
