According to the telegram channel "VChK-OGPU," the detainees include former CFO Artur Halstyan and former executive director Boris Podolsky. Anatoly Chubais is cited as the main figure in the case.
The investigation may be connected to a request from State Duma deputies Andrey Kartapolov and Andrey Lugovoy from January 17, urging the Investigative Committee to examine Chubais' activities at Rosnano and in his role as a special representative of the Russian President.
