Rescue teams have recovered the body of Russian figure skater Vadim Naumov, who perished in a plane crash over the Potomac River. Alongside him on the aircraft were fellow skaters Aleksandr Kirsanov, Evgenia Shishkova, and Inna Volynskaya, reports NewsBox.

The renowned Russian skater Vadim Naumov's body was found by rescuers following the crash of a Bombardier CRJ700 passenger plane in the United States. His mother, Iya Naumova, confirmed the news.

On board the plane were Aleksandr Kirsanov, Evgenia Shishkova, and Inna Volynskaya, all of whom were professional figure skaters. The aircraft, operated by American Airlines, crashed under currently unclear circumstances.
