The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, made a rare appearance in a video shared by the republic's government chairman, Magomed Daudov. This appearance occurred in the context of ongoing speculations regarding his health problems and absence from public life.

In the video, Kadyrov mentioned that he had been visiting construction sites and handing over vehicles, noting that occasionally he needs to "go somewhere".

"We're drinking tea. Everything is fine. Ginger tea is healthy. Different types of herbs are beneficial for health. We still have victories to celebrate. We need a lot of time for that, so we must stay healthy," he said.

Kadyrov's public appearance served as a response to numerous speculations about his possible illness and sudden disappearance from the media landscape.
