Drones Attack "Albashneft" Oil Depot in Krasnodar Region

In the Krasnodar region, in the village of Novominskaya, Kanevsky District, a fire broke out at an oil depot following a drone attack. The regional governor, Veniamin Kondratyev, reported that while the military managed to fend off the attack, pieces of one of the UAVs fell onto a tank with leftover oil products, leading to the fire.

According to the authorities, the fire was classified as the second level of complexity. Emergency services are on the scene, with 55 personnel and 19 units of equipment deployed. Officials assure that the fire has been localized, and there are no casualties.

Local residents told journalists that the fire erupted at the "Albashneft" oil depot, the only oil-processing enterprise in the Kanevsky District. According to them, as of 6:15 AM Moscow time, the fire had not yet been extinguished.

The company's official website states that "Albashneft" is a developing enterprise specializing in the production of oil products.
