Drone Attacks Rostec Chemical Plant in Moscow Region

During a nighttime attack, a drone crashed into a building of the Krasnozavodsk Chemical Plant in the Moscow region, but an explosion and significant damage were successfully averted, reports NewsBox.

On the night of January 24th, the manufacturing facility of the Krasnozavodsk Chemical Plant in Krasnozavodsk came under attack by a drone. According to emergency services' sources, the aircraft collided with the structure but did not explode. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties or substantial damage were recorded.

The Krasnozavodsk Chemical Plant is specialized in the production of signaling and illumination devices, protective systems for aircraft, as well as anti-terrorist equipment.

The enterprise fulfills orders for the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and other Russian law enforcement agencies. The plant is a part of the State Corporation "Rostec."
