Doctor in Whose Arms Navalny Died Honored with Mayor's Award

Alexei Lisyuk, the chief of the medical unit at the "Polar Wolf" colony, who assisted Alexei Navalny in his final moments, received an award from the mayor of Labytnangi for supporting Russian military personnel, reports NewsBox.
The head of the medical unit at the correctional colony IC-3 "Polar Wolf," Alexei Lisyuk, was honored with the "Pride of Labytnangi!" award, presented by the city's mayor Marina Treskova. He became the laureate of the award in the "Everything for Victory!" category.
According to local media, Lisyuk is actively involved in collecting medical supplies for Russian military forces and personally delivers them to the combat zone.
The medic’s name appears in official documents related to the death of Alexei Navalny. According to the decision not to initiate a criminal case, he was the one who provided first aid to the politician during the critical moment.
Previously, The Insider reported that investigators altered the final version of the document, omitting information that did not fit the official version of the cause of death. The final resolution mentions only injuries allegedly sustained during resuscitation actions, as well as postmortem damage identified by forensic experts. References to abdominal pain, vomiting, and convulsions, which might have indicated a possible poisoning, were removed from the text.
