Armen Sarkisyan's Murder: Suicide Bomber Detonates Explosive Device

Investigators have determined that a suicide bomber was responsible for the explosion at the 'Scarlet Sails' residential complex in Moscow, attaching an improvised explosive device (IED) to his body, reports NewsBox.

The authorities established that the explosion at the upscale 'Scarlet Sails' complex in Moscow was perpetrated by a suicide bomber, who had strapped an IED to his body. He detonated the device just as Armen Sarkisyan stepped out of the elevator, inflicting fatal shrapnel injuries, including wounds to the heart area.

The identity of the bomber remains unknown, but forensic experts estimate he was around 45 years old. A tattoo resembling a sword was found on his left calf. At the time of the attack, he was dressed in dark clothing and wearing black autumn boots with zippers.
