In Kamianets-Podilskyi, a university lecturer was mobilized by deception, being enticed into the territorial recruitment center. This was reported by Member of Parliament Heorhii Mazurashu, who emphasized that the recruitment of educational employees holding specific positions contravenes the law.
According to the MP, the man was stopped near a dormitory, his documents were checked, and he was told he needed to visit the TCC to obtain a certificate. However, there he was compelled to sign documents, sent to a medical commission, and then to the army, despite having no legal grounds for conscription.
Mazurashu intends to file an appeal to declare the decision illegal. However, according to the MP, the military refuses to return those who were unlawfully mobilized, citing a lack of grounds for doing so.
