Fire Erupts in Kyiv Amidst Drone Attacks

A fire broke out in Kyiv following a drone attack, as reported by the city's mayor, Vitaliy Klitschko. According to him, the blaze erupted on the premises of an industrial facility in the Sviatoshyn district and nearby areas, as covered by NewsBox.

The fire was caused by debris from a downed drone. Additionally, the flames spread to cars parked in the courtyard of a residential building, writes BBC Russian.

The attack is ongoing — according to Ukrainian monitoring sources, at least forty drones have been detected in the country's airspace. Air raid alerts have been declared in many eastern and central regions.
