Fire Claims 10 Lives at Popular Turkish Ski Resort

A fire broke out at the Kartalkaya ski resort hotel in Turkey, claiming the lives of 10 people and injuring over 30 others, reports NewsBox.

In the Turkish town of Bolu, at the Kartalkaya ski resort, a fire occurred at one of the hotels. The incident happened overnight, resulting in 10 fatalities and injuries to more than 30 people.

The cause of the blaze is yet to be determined. According to one theory, the fire started on the roof of the seven-story building, while another suggests it began in the restaurant area. Firefighters and rescuers are still working at the scene, evacuating hotel residents to nearby accommodations.

The governor of the city mentioned that the fire's origins are being clarified, with experts on site conducting investigations.
