Death toll in Izyum rises: people remain trapped under the rubble

The number of casualties from the Russian strike on Izyum in the Kharkiv region has risen to 24, including a 15-year-old girl. Four people have died, and five have been hospitalized, reports NewsBox.

The missile attack on Izyum (Kharkiv region) resulted in the death of four individuals, with 24 others injured, among them a 15-year-old girl who sustained shrapnel wounds. Three of the injured are currently in surgery, according to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov.

Preliminary information suggests that a ballistic missile struck an administrative building in the city center. Mayor Valeriy Marchenko clarified that the tax office, social services, treasury, and residential buildings were destroyed. There were no military personnel in the area — all the deceased and injured are civilians.
