In Novokuznetsk, located in the Kemerovo region, an 11-month-old child was taken to the ICU with a diagnosis of "acute marijuana poisoning." According to SHOT, the child's 22-year-old mother noticed his condition deteriorating and called for an ambulance. Doctors confirmed the severe poisoning, necessitating urgent medical intervention for the infant.

The child lives with his mother and her parents. It was discovered that the grandparents have prior legal issues: the grandfather has been involved in drug-related offenses and traffic violations, while the grandmother has been charged with drug possession and theft. The child's mother has no criminal record.

The infant's father, a 23-year-old man, has a previous conviction for theft but lives separately and works as a chef in Prokopyevsk.

Currently, the police are investigating the family to determine how the dangerous substance ended up within the child's reach.
