Zelensky Urges the US to Send Troops for Ukraine's Peacekeeping Mission

During the Davos summit, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky urged the United States to contribute troops to create peacekeeping forces necessary to ensure Ukraine's security after the war ends, reports NewsBox.
President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine called on the United States to include American soldiers as part of the peacekeeping forces that will be responsible for Ukraine's security post-war. He made this statement at the World Economic Forum in Davos during an interview with Bloomberg Editor-in-Chief John Micklethwait.
Zelensky emphasized that without American troops, the peacekeeping mission would not be able to effectively protect Ukraine. According to him, the end of the war should be a victory for Donald Trump, not for Vladimir Putin. The Ukrainian president also noted that support solely from European allies would not be sufficient.
This cannot happen without the United States. Even if some European friends think it's possible, it's not; no one will take that risk without the United States, declared Zelensky.
